- Photos or videos that you upload.

- Your prompt requests and history, as well as generated photos or videos.

- Your subscription plans and payment details, including subscription details, payment amount, order ID, payment time.

- Device information, including IDFA, unique device identifiers, and IP address.

- App analytics and usage data, including data about your activity on our App, including crash data, diagnostic data, your operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of AI MIRROR.

- Coarse location data, such as country and city.

- Content of your feedback.

- Content of communications with our customer service.

Facial Feature Data Policy

When you upload photos/facial images , we ensure that such data is transferred securely and encrypted to our server. Our artificial intelligence algorithm analyzes the photos you upload and applies them to the template you choose to generate stylized pictures. It's important to note that no biometric data is collected and processed during this process. Any photos provided by users and generated photos will be deleted from our servers within 30 days, and users can delete them at any time on the app.

We process your facial images on our server only for the purpose of generated photos as you request. We do not sell your Personal Information with third parties. Once the generation process is completed, the photos you provided will be deleted immediately. We only store anonymous or aggregated data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

Use

Our use of this data is limited to the exclusive purpose of improving our services for our users. For example, the facial feature data we collect is vital for the generation of the final APP animation. APP usage data is used for the exclusive purpose of better understanding the manner in which users spend time in the APP APP, so that we may improve our APP experience.

Disclosure & Sharing

We will not share your face data or photo with any third party, nor will we store any face information you submit, and the photos you upload will be deleted after the analysis process is complete.

We does not control third party platforms, websites or online services, and APP is not responsible for their actions. These platforms, websites and online services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and sharing of your personal information. APP encourages you to read the privacy policies of these platforms, websites and online services to find out more about how your usage data may be used by these vendors.

We processes your data using computers and/or other IT enabled tools. APP takes technical and organizational measures to ensure the information is processed in a manner that ensures APPropriate security of information, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. For example, APP uses verified contractors that might have access to the data as specified in Section 2 of the Privacy Policy with which the relevant data processing agreements are signed. We also guide and train our personnel to process your data securely according to our internal data protection policies.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the APP, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the APP when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
